Available for solution shaping, advisory & delivery

AI Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Architect.

01 — Brief

Senior at AWS Professional Services EMEA. I shape solutions with customers before the deal and own the build after it — so the architecture I put on the whiteboard is one I've had to run in production. RAG on Bedrock, Kubernetes at hyperscale on bare-metal Outposts, and the engineering it takes to get foundation models past prototype in regulated environments.

02 — Currently

Working both ends of the engagement for financial services, retail and tech — technical discovery and proofs of concept that win the deal, then the delivery they turn into. Based in London. Open to principal solutions architect and applied-AI leadership roles.

§ About

The same person in the pitch and on the pager.

I'm in the room when the architecture gets decided — and still there when it goes to production. Fourteen years designing enterprise systems — the last five focused on AI infrastructure: Kubernetes at hyperscale on bare-metal AWS Outposts, microsecond-latency cluster networking (Cilium / Multus / SR-IOV / Mellanox CX-7), and the kernel-level tuning — CPU pinning, NUMA awareness, IRQ affinity, isolcpus — that turns a general-purpose cluster into a deterministic real-time platform. I've taken that stack from AWS internal labs into globally-distributed production at four-nines availability.

Alongside the cluster work, I deploy Claude and other foundation models into regulated enterprise environments — designing RAG pipelines on AWS Bedrock, building evaluation harnesses that measure models against each other on real customer data, and guiding teams through the messy reality of getting AI past prototype.

Increasingly that starts earlier: technical discovery with senior stakeholders, scoping the proof of concept that de-risks a decision, and making the case in front of an exec audience. What makes that credible is the delivery record behind it — I'm not pitching an architecture I haven't had to operate. Hiring, mentoring and architecture reviews on the side.

Seven things I actually shipped.

Agentic AI · R&D · Continual Learning

Self-evolving agentic systems that learn like humans

An ongoing research track: agents that don't just execute prompts but reflect, remember, and rewrite themselves. Episodic and semantic memory layers, reflection loops that critique prior runs, and a meta-controller that evolves the agent's own tools and prompts against measured outcomes.

GenAI · RAG · Legal Ops

Contract intelligence on AWS Bedrock

A document-aware RAG pipeline for long-form legal contracts. Benchmarked Claude Opus, Amazon Nova and Gemini for retrieval and answer quality, then wired the winner into the team's review workflow.

Sub-millisecond Outposts for a trading firm

Owned bare-metal networking, kernel tuning and the end-to-end benchmark harness for a sub-millisecond latency proof of concept. The customer signed a multi-year deal on the back of the result.
