The work between the deck and the deployment.

I'm the person customers call when strategy decks run out and code has to ship. Fourteen years designing production systems for enterprise — the last three focused on GenAI and LLM-powered applications on AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and OpenAI.

I partner with senior technical and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, build working prototypes, and guide teams through the messy reality of enterprise deployment — retrieval quality, latency, cost, evaluation, and governance.

I'm at my best embedded with a customer's team: writing code, reviewing architectures, and translating between business outcomes and engineering trade-offs. Hiring, mentoring, and architecture reviews on the side.
